Overview
Ranthambore National Park is one of India's most reliable places to see a wild tiger, its dry deciduous forest opening into lakes and the ruins of a 10th-century hill fort. This tour builds in two safari drives to give you a genuine chance, not just a single pass through.
Highlights
- Two safari drives across the park's numbered zones
- Ranthambore Fort, still standing inside the reserve itself

Frequently Asked Questions
What are the safari timings?
Two drives a day, roughly sunrise to mid-morning and mid-afternoon to sunset — exact times shift with the season.
Gypsy or canter — what's the difference?
A gypsy is a 6-seat open jeep with more flexibility inside the zone; a canter is a larger 20-seat vehicle, more affordable but less manoeuvrable. We book gypsies where possible.
When is the park closed?
Ranthambore closes for the monsoon, typically 1 July to 30 September, reopening in October.
