Frequently Asked Questions

Booking & Payment

How do I book a tour?

Fill in the contact form or message us on WhatsApp with your dates, group size and the tour you're interested in — we confirm availability and pricing within a day.

Do you require a deposit?

For single-day Agra tours, no deposit is usually needed. For multi-day circuits and safari itineraries, a partial deposit secures your dates and any permits.

What payment methods do you accept?

Bank transfer and major digital payment methods are accepted; details are confirmed once your itinerary is finalised.

Visiting the Taj Mahal

Is the Taj Mahal closed on any day?

Yes, every Friday, when the on-site mosque is reserved for prayers.

What's the best time of day to visit?

Sunrise for light and low crowds, or late afternoon for softer heat. Midday in summer is the least comfortable window.

Is there a dress code?

No strict dress code for the Taj Mahal itself, though modest clothing is appreciated. Mosques and temples elsewhere on our itineraries do require shoulders and knees covered.

Tours & Itineraries

Are your tours private or group?

Private by default. Educational and corporate itineraries can be run as groups.

Can itineraries be customised?

Yes — every tour on this site is a starting point. Tell us your interests, pace and time available and we'll adjust it.

Do you cover destinations outside Agra?

Yes: Delhi, Jaipur, Udaipur, Ranthambore, Jodhpur, Varanasi, Pushkar, Fatehpur Sikri and Abhaneri are all part of our regular coverage.

Practical & Safety

Is North India safe for solo and women travellers?

Yes, with sensible precautions — a private, licensed guide is itself one of the biggest safety factors, since you're never navigating unfamiliar sites alone.

What should I pack?

Comfortable closed shoes, breathable layers, a hat and sunscreen year-round, and a warm layer for winter mornings (December–January can be genuinely cold before sunrise).

Do you assist senior or less mobile travellers?

Yes — let us know in advance and we'll plan routes around paved paths, seating breaks and a slower overall pace.
