Overview
A flexible, unhurried walk through the Taj Mahal with a licensed guide who times the visit around light, crowds and your pace rather than a fixed script. Frequently Asked Questions
Is the Taj Mahal closed on any day?
Yes — the Taj Mahal is closed to tourists every Friday, when the mosque inside the complex is reserved for prayers. Plan around this if Friday falls in your itinerary.
How long does the visit actually take?
Most travellers spend 2.5–3 hours inside the complex once security clears. We build in extra time either side for the queue and for photographs.
Is the site accessible for travellers with limited mobility?
The main pathways are paved and mostly flat, though there are some steps up to the mausoleum platform. Let us know in advance and we'll plan the route accordingly.
