Cancellation Policy

We understand travel plans change. This policy explains how cancellations and rescheduling are handled.

Standard Tours (single day)

• More than 72 hours before the tour: full refund
• 24–72 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours or no-show: non-refundable

Multi-Day & Circuit Tours

Because these itineraries involve advance hotel and transport commitments, cancellation terms are confirmed individually at the time of booking.

Rescheduling

We'll always try to move your tour to a new date at no extra cost, subject to guide and — for safaris — permit availability.

Force Majeure

In the case of monument closures, extreme weather, or circumstances beyond our control, we offer rescheduling or a full refund.
