Overview
A rare, respectful window into a real Indian wedding — not a staged show, but an invitation into an actual celebration through Riyaz's network of local families. Weddings here often run for days, layered with ritual, music and colour, and having a guide alongside means every custom is explained as it happens rather than passing by as background noise.

Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a real wedding or something staged for tourists?
It's a real wedding — Riyaz works with families in his network who are comfortable welcoming a small number of respectful guests. Nothing is re-enacted.
How much notice do you need?
Since it depends on an actual wedding taking place, we usually need at least a few days' notice, and dates are easier to arrange during peak wedding season, which runs heaviest from November to February.
What should I wear?
Modest, traditional-leaning clothing is appreciated. We can arrange a sari or kurta in advance if you'd like to dress for the occasion.
