Frequently Asked Questions
Is a tiger sighting guaranteed?
No responsible operator can guarantee that — Ranthambore has one of India's healthier tiger populations, but it remains a wild forest, not a zoo. Two safari drives meaningfully improve your odds.
How far in advance do safari permits need booking?
Ranthambore permits are allocated on a rolling window and popular zones fill up roughly 60–90 days ahead in peak season (November–April), so we book as early as your dates allow.
Is Ranthambore open year-round?
The park closes for the monsoon, typically July through September; the safari season runs October to June.
